The House
Piper Haus at The Sea Ranch is a stunning oceanfront home that enjoys spectacular white water views from every room. Relax amidst the beauty of nature with the Pacific Ocean literally at your doorstep. Situated 150ft from the coastal bluff and a 5 min. walk to Shell Beach this home boasts the ultimate in location and privacy.
The large ocean facing deck with hot tub off of the main living space is the perfect spot to enjoy the warm southern exposure throughout the day or evening sunsets and star gazing at night. Rainy days are equally enjoyable staying cozy in front of the gas fireplace, watching the dramatic stormy skies and ocean waves.
A beautifully landscaped courtyard provides an alternate lush, wind sheltered retreat. The house has an abundance of natural light with tall windows and skylights in almost every room.
Rooms
Two spacious King bedrooms are situated on opposite ends of the house. Both have prime ocean views and en suite baths (one with shower over tub and one with large walk-in glass shower). The house features a contemporary open floor plan with generous living/ dining areas and a chef’s kitchen complete with Viking appliances.
For those traveling with children, both bedrooms have the option of a roll-out trundle bed and there is plenty of space for a crib.
Piper Haus is the perfect retreat for two couples or a family looking to enjoy some time on the beautiful northern Sonoma coast. Large built-in desk with ocean view, plus high-speed internet, makes it easy to work remotely.
